    We endeavor to ship all in-stock orders within two business days of order receipt. Your order will be shipped in nondescript packaging with the return address bearing the name "FKG, Inc."

    FullKit.com currently ships to the United States and Canada only. At this time, we do not ship to addresses outside of these countries due to increasing difficulties with international orders being rejected by local customs officials or not making it to their destination. We are constantly researching shipping methods and will update this page should our policy change.

    Unfortunately, we do not ship to Military APO Boxes since we have had orders returned to us after being rejected by the military.

    Please note, due to a law preventing the shipment of 'adult items,' we are currently unable to fulfill orders for shipment to the state of Alabama. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

    All prices are in US dollars. All shipping options include tracking.

    Canadian customers are responsible for any and all import taxes, duties, tariffs, and/or fees that may be imposed on imported goods.

    Only items that require shipping are applied toward shipping thresholds. The cost of gift cards and other non-shipped items are not applicable to shipping tiers or free shipping offers. Occasionally an item may require special handling or additional shipping fees. These items will disclose the special charges in their description.

    Freight Forwarders

    Customers who have orders shipped to freight forwarding services understand and agree to the following:

    FullKit.com won't be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to you or a freight forwarder. This means that we are not able to provide a replacement or a refund for any shipment taken outside of the US using a freight forwarding service.

    If you (or a freight forwarder you so designate) have a US address, purchase goods from FullKit.com to be shipped to a US location, and then subsequently export these goods, you or the designated freight forwarder are considered the exporter of these goods. You or the designated freight forwarder are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations, including all US export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country.

    In the event an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, any pre-paid return mailing label issued by FullKit.com will be for US domestic shipment from the address to which the original shipment was delivered. In order to use a pre-paid return mailing label in this case, you must first return the eligible goods to the US address to which the original shipment was delivered. You become the exporter and importer of record of this shipment. Title and risk of loss transfer to FullKit.com upon receipt of the goods at the address listed on the supplied return mailing label.

    Returns

    We want you to love your new gear! Items in new unused/unworn condition, with original tags attached, which have not been washed or otherwise altered, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.  Underwear, socks, intimate apparel, adult novelties, body jewelry and other items which can come into contact with bodily fluids may not be returned by law and health regulation unless they have a manufacturing defect.

    Final sale and clearance sale items are not returnable unless defective.

    To start a return or exchange, simply log into your web account with us (http://account.fullkit.com) and select the items you want to return from your order history. We will review your request to confirm your return, and send you a return label.  Returns are subject to a $10 flat fee, deducted from the return amount.
